Dot’s Rentals & Sales, a Texarkana-based equipment rental provider, is expanding into Northwest Arkansas with a new location in Springdale.
The family-owned business, which has served the Texarkana region for more than 37 years, will celebrate a soft opening at its Springdale location on March 16.
Founded by Dot Williford, the company is currently led by her daughter, DeMita Torrans. The third generation of the family is now stepping into leadership roles, with Torrans’ three children taking on key positions in the expansion.
Claire Torrans serves as Director of Operations, overseeing both the Texarkana headquarters and the Northwest Arkansas location. Nicholas Liu, Director of Business Strategy, and Harrison Torrans, Director of Field Operations, will lead the Springdale operation.
Liu has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2009 and worked in corporate roles across the region. Harrison Torrans brings operational experience from the family’s junk removal and commercial warehousing businesses.

The Springdale location will provide equipment rentals for construction projects, commercial job sites, and residential projects.
