In a striking display of student activism, many students from the Hot Springs School District walked out of their classrooms this morning to protest the presence and enforcement actions of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) within their community.
A large group of students could be seen walking down Central Ave. in Hot Springs, Ark. heading towards downtown.
The demonstration saw students rallying on the sidewalks with handmade signs and chanting slogans against ICE.
