Hot Springs Man Charged With Sexually Extorting, Soliciting 13-Year-Old Girls

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — A Hot Springs man has been charged with sexual extortion and sexual solicitation of a minor for allegedly threatening young teen girls who refused to meet him for sex and offering to pay one of them for sexual contact.

Garland County prosecutors filed two cases involving two alleged victims Tuesday charging 20-year-old Jayden Deon Bradshaw, court records show.

In one case, Bradshaw allegedly texted a girl on March 5 with threats, according to court records. When the teen asked Bradshaw what she had done to upset him, he allegedly told her it was because she had refused to meet him for sexual activity.

The girl reportedly responded in a text message with her age: “I’m 13 bro.”

Bradshaw allegedly responded by telling the girl he was going to make it look like she had engaged in illicit activity and “your people will know what’s up.”

In the second case, Bradshaw allegedly texted a different 13-year-old girl. In text messages in March, Bradshaw allegedly claimed to be 17 while the girl told him she was 13, according to court records.

On May 16, Bradshaw allegedly sent the girl a text regarding engaging in sexual activity. When the girl turned him down and mentioned that she was with her sister, Bradshaw allegedly offered to pay them for sex and sent a video of himself counting 00 and 0 dollar bills, according to court records.

When the girl declined his offer, Bradshaw allegedly threatened to damage her reputation with her family.

Bradshaw was initially charged with misdemeanor harassing communications at the time of his arrest in May, however, that charge was later dropped and the felony charges filed, according to court records. Investigators obtained a search warrant for Bradshaw’s iPhone after it was seized May 27, the day of his arrest.

If found guilty of any of the three charges, Bradshaw faces five to twenty years in prison on each count and a fine of up to 5,000.

He is currently being held in the Garland County detention center with bail at 0,000 on each of three counts, jail records show.
