EL DORADO, Ark. — A Mount Holly man with four or more prior felony convictions was charged Monday with shooting at a car driven by a member of his household in April while a child was endangered.

Sequan Devonte Elliott, 32, is charged in Union County Circuit Court with terroristic act, possession of a firearm by certain persons, aggravated assault on a family or household member, aggravated assault and first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. The information says that on April 14 he shot at a vehicle driven by Kreshavia Cooper with the purpose of injuring someone or damaging property.

A Class Y drug-trafficking charge filed against Elliott in April 2025 was dropped by prosecutors on Sept. 25, 2025, court records show.

Two other Union County cases were filed Monday.
