Taziki’s Mediterranean Café Brings Back Grilled Fish Through April 5

Taziki’s Mediterranean Café has reintroduced its Grilled Fish with Homemade Caper-Dill Sauce for a limited time, available now through April 5.

The seasonal dish features grilled fish topped with a dill-forward sauce and capers, served either as a sandwich or as a feast. The offering aligns with the Lenten season and growing consumer interest in lean protein options.

“We’re eager to welcome back a guest favorite — our Grilled Fish with Homemade Caper-Dill Sauce,” said Dan Simpson, CEO of Taziki’s Mediterranean Café. “Perfectly grilled and paired with a bright sauce and tangy capers, this light, refreshing dish offers a vibrant Mediterranean flavor that longtime fans love — and new guests will be glad to discover.”

The Birmingham, Alabama-based chain also recently expanded its menu with new items including the Street Gyro, Turkish Meatballs, and the Kýpelos Bowl — the brand’s first customizable bowl option featuring a choice of basmati rice, pasta or quinoa with grilled vegetables, feta, and protein.

The menu additions reflect consumer demand for bold flavors and health-conscious options. According to U.S. dietary guidelines, regular fish consumption supports heart, brain and overall wellness.
