The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department said human remains found in Texarkana, Arkansas, have been positively identified as Jonathan Bohrer.
Bohrer had been reported missing in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, on May 6, 2026. According to reports, the remains were discovered near Delaware and Ray streets on June 11 and sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for testing.
Police said DNA testing confirmed the remains belonged to Bohrer on June 18. Authorities were awaiting results from the Arkansas State Crime Lab Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.
