A Danville man was killed Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in a head-on collision on State Highway 27 in rural Yell County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
Eduardo Siliezar, 56, was pronounced dead following the early morning crash, which occurred at approximately 6:52 a.m. Siliezar was traveling northbound on Highway 27 in a 2007 Lexus when a southbound 2020 Dodge crossed the centerline and struck his vehicle head-on, according to the crash report.
Weather conditions at the time of the crash were clear, and the road surface was dry, according to investigators. Siliezar was transported to UAMS following the collision. His body is being held at the Yell County Coroner’s Office.
The Arkansas State Police is leading the investigation into the crash.
