A Missouri woman was killed Friday, February 27, 2026, in a head-on collision on State Highway 135 in rural Greene County, according to the Arkansas State Police. The crash occurred at approximately 5:50 a.m. near the intersection of State Highway 135 and Greene County Road 133.
Angel Dunham, 43, of Newburg, Mo., was pronounced dead following the crash. Dunham was traveling southbound on State Highway 135 in a 2008 Cadillac Escalade when a 2016 Toyota Tundra, traveling northbound, attempted to pass a semi-truck and struck her vehicle head-on. Three individuals were reported injured in connection with the crash, according to the preliminary report.
Dense fog was present at the time of the collision, though road conditions were reported as dry. Dunham was transported to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center following the crash. Her body was taken to the Greene County Morgue.
The Arkansas State Police is leading the investigation into the crash. No additional information regarding the occupants of the Toyota Tundra or the semi-truck has been released at this time.
